Hello,
My name is Chris Dyck, I’m 42 years old with 15 years experience in the construction industry. My wife, Andie, and I have been married since 2018 and have a blended family of 6 kids. When I’m not working, I enjoy collecting and shooting guns, taking care of my snakes, and spending time with my family.
I have spent most of my working life in the construction industry, working for several different companies. I learned all I know from hands-on training. I worked my way up from a kid who knew nothing to being a leader and project manager. I am always striving to improve myself both personally and professionally. I like to surround myself with people I look up to so I can grow and learn as I continue cultivating a company that is geared towards helping others achieve their goals.
About the company
Silverback was created in 2019 in an effort to better support my family. We worked on jobs in all seasons and in all areas of Kansas City. We did everything from small paint changes to large-scale outdoor jobs. Exterior jobs have included whole house painting, new decks, and deck staining. Interior jobs included full kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, re-finishing floors, and more.
In 2022, the effects of COVID hit us hard and we had to put the company on hold. I went to work for other remodeling companies. After having learned a lot from every job, boss, and mentor, we are ready to get rolling again and make this business even more of a success than it was the first time around.
I have built an incredible team of people who really care about their skills and the people we work for.
